This module enhances the Odoo Helpdesk system by adding functionality for sub-tickets within helpdesk tickets. It allows users to create sub-tickets related to a parent ticket, enabling better issue management and delegation across different teams. Each ticket can have multiple sub-tickets, but only one level of sub-tickets is supported.
Features:
Sub-tickets Creation: Allows the creation of sub-tickets directly from a parent ticket.
Team Assignment: Sub-tickets can be assigned to a different team than the parent ticket.
Configuration
You can configure the default sub-ticket team by adjusting the Sub-ticket Team field in the team configuration under Helpdesk settings.
